Access Evo brings together many features, including the tools, products, apps, spaces, and AI capabilities you need to work effectively in one platform. With so much available, it can be difficult to know where to start. Here’s a breakdown of the navigation, and where to find the features you need.
🤓 Tip: You can use the search bar in the top right to quickly search for your features.
Main menu
To find your features in the main menu, follow the steps below:
In the top-left, click Access Button
Select the required option:
Icon | Menu option | Details |
| Recently Used | A quick way for you to find features you’ve used recently. |
| Products | Opens the product in a new window or tab. |
| Productivity Tools | Additional tools we’ve developed to help you organise your workload. |
| Apps | Opens the feature in an overlay window.
Some products also have apps which are a specific section of the product. |
| Spaces | View the spaces you've created. |
| Copilot | Ask questions about your access products and data. |
| Feed | See your tasks, notifications, and updates from across all your Access products. |

Tabs
When you select a product or tool, it opens in a new tab that you can see along the top of the page. You can click between the tabs to work on what you need, when you need to. At the top of the page, you can also:
Hide tabs: Hide the whole tab bar.
Change tabs: See all of your open tabs in a new overlay window, scroll or search for the one you need, and select it from there.
Manage tabs
To manage your tabs, follow the steps below:
Click the three-dot menu
icon.To refresh that tab, click Refresh.
To remove the tab, click Close.
To create an identical tab, click Duplicate.
Your profile and settings
To view your own details and settings, follow the steps below:
In the top right, click your name.
Click My Settings.
Review or update your settings as required.
🤓 Tip: To log out, click your name then click Sign Out.
Members
If you’re an administrator, you can view and manage your users in the Members section. Non-administrators can also see it if your organisation has enabled it for all users.
To use the Members section, follow the steps below:
In the top-right, click the Members
icon.
Search for the required user or use the arrows at the bottom to scroll the pages.
To see their details, select the user.
Alternatively, click the three dots by their name, then click View Member.
To view the hierarchy tree, click the three-dot menu by their name, then click Hierarchy.
