Licence types
Advanced users in Evo Everywhere
Advanced users have full access to Researcher through Quick Asks. In Navigator Quick Asks, they can:
Choose a template or project from the dropdown in the chat box.
Start a blank project.
Attach files.
Continue a conversation in a panel in Navigator, or open it directly in Researcher.
Base users in Evo Everywhere
Researcher as a standalone product isn't available on the Standard tier or to base users in Evo Everywhere. Quick Asks powered by Researcher is available to Evo Everywhere base users, though.
A Researcher admin must tag an organisation template with Quick Asks in Researcher before it appears in Navigator Quick Asks. Base users can then chat with those templates directly from Quick Asks.
📌 Note: Base users can't see projects that advanced users have shared with them.
In Navigator Quick Asks, base users can:
Choose a template from the dropdown in the chat box.
Attach files.
Continue a conversation in a panel in Navigator.
📌 Note: If a base user's licence is upgraded later, all previous Quick Asks conversations are saved. They appear in Researcher once the user has full access.
