Evo Knowledge Hub overview

Written by Denisa Arjoca

A shared home for your team's documents, tasks and conversations - organised around Sites.

Evo Knowledge Hub gives teams a shared place to work - bringing documents, tasks and conversations together in one organised space.

The core idea is the Site. A Site can represent a project, department, customer or workstream. Each Site has its own members, folders, documents and tasks, with access controlled by role.

What you can do with Knowledge Hub

  • Create a Site for a project, team or customer - no admin approval needed.

  • Organise content into folders that reflect how your team actually works.

  • Invite colleagues from your organisation, or external guests by email.

  • Keep documents, tasks and discussion in one place rather than spread across tools.

  • See what's changed in a Site since you last visited.

  • Find information across Evo without searching in multiple places.

Where to go next

  • User guide - creating and using Sites day-to-day.

  • Admin guide - managing members, structure and organisation-wide settings.

  • Guest access - joining a Site as an external guest.
