Grant impersonation rights

The person you grant access to can't change your account settings but has access to your Access software.

Tip: The person granting impersonation rights is in full control and can remove this at Grant impersonation rights.

  1. Click your name in the top right.

  2. Click My Account then click Impersonations.

  3. Select the Impersonation is enabled check box.

  4. Enter the email address of the user that requires access, into the Email Address field.

  5. In the Expires After drop-down menu, select the timeframe for how long the user needs to have access.

Tip: When you grant Impersonation rights, the user with the access appears in a list on the Impersonations screen.

Revoke impersonation rights

  1. Click your name in the top right.

  2. Click My Account then click Impersonations.

  3. Click the X next to the user's name to revoke access.

  4. Click Delete to revoke the access.

Tip: If you need to see how much longer the user has access to your account, you can also view this in the People who can impersonate you list, this information appears under the user's email address.


Unable to impersonate user

  1. Log into your Evo.

  2. Click your profile in Evo.

  3. Click switch accounts.

  4. Click the account you wish to impersonate any time.

Note: If you use impersonation rights, the user has the same level of access to your Access software solutions as you. If there is any sensitive data you don't want the user to see, using impersonation rights may not be appropriate.
