The Allow Impersonation checkbox in the Security Policies task area controls the ability to allow or disallow the use of Impersonations.
To Allow Impersonations:
Log In to Evo.
Click the arrow to the right of your profile picture and name in the top-right corner of your Evo screen.
From this drop down, Click My account.
Under the Administration task area, click Security Policies.
Select your current security policy from the link under the Policy column in the Security Policies task area.
Scroll down to the Authentication task area.
Tick the Allow Impersonation checkbox.
At the bottom right of the screen click the Save Changes button. You will now be able to set up impersonations.
To Disallow Impersonations:
Follow steps 1 to 6 above.
Un-tick the Allow Impersonation checkbox.
At the bottom right of the screen click the Save Changes button. You will now be un-able to set up impersonations.
