My members can't see the Members area

As a Evo Administrator, you can change your organisation settings to allow all members to have access to the Members area.

To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click your name then click Organisation Settings.

  2. Click General then click Members Options.

  3. Select the Show Members for users who are not administrators check box.

  4. Click Save.


If the members tab is missing however this was available previously, the tab may have been deleted accidently. users can follow the below to add the tab back in.

  1. Within Evo go to your name on the right hand side.

  2. Click on the dropdown, click on members.

  3. The tab should now be available.
