For your colleagues to see Access Analytics at all, you will first need to manage their roles to grant them access to the tool.

An administrator will have access to see any Dashboard and Insight but if somebody has been given user or designer roles, you will need to add them to a security role before they can see any data.

Open Access Analytics from the 9-dot menu.
Click Security.
Click Users.
Select the user you would like to make content visible for.
Click Actions.
Click Assign Content.
Select the Dashboards, Standalone Insights or Data Connections you would like them to be able to see.
Click Update.
You can add multiple users to a group to assign content to people in bulk:
Open Access Analytics from the 9-dot menu.
Click Security.
Click Groups.
Click Add.
Give your group a meaningful name (such as HR Team for those who need to view sickness data).
Click Actions.
Click Assign Users.
Select the users who should be part of this group.
Click Update.
Click Actions.
Click Assign Content.
Select the Dashboards, Standalone Insights or Data Connections you would like them to be able to see.
Click Update.
