Rather that navigating through software, you can boost your efficiency by adding apps to your Evo. To do this, click the +Add App button. With Collaborate, there are two apps at your disposal:
My favourite sites
Links you to your favourite sites. This will include a direct link to the site and displays some high level statistics in the form of a total number for:
subsites
folders
documents
tasks
members
There is also a search bar to help you navigate to your favourite sites.

My outstanding tasks
Provides a summary of outstanding tasks in Collaborate. You have the option to sort tasks by due date, name and reference. There is also a search bar to help you find specific outstanding tasks and a direct link to the task in the collaborate area. A summary of these tasks can be found in My Tasks in collaborate.
