Shared spaces enable you to surface useful apps, configured in a specific way that will suit your organisation. A shared Evo space can even be published to a specific group of people so that they see what's most relevant to them.

To build a shared Evo with product apps:
Click Evos.
Under Shared Evos, Select Draft .
Click Add a new Evo.
Name the Evo, click Add.
Click Edit then click Add App.
Select an App using Search bar or Filter by Product.
You can then Save & Close or Publish.
Under Publish you can set Permissions and Audience.
It is useful to remember that if using Tags to select the audience, these must be part of a group, which can then be selected for publishing.
In case you want to change the Evo space you created, you can make changes to it.
