Will existing applications still work in MyEvo?
Yes, all applications currently accessible remain available in MyEvo. MyEvo provides a new interface for accessing your applications without changing any functionality or data.
What happens to existing application data?
All application data remains unchanged. MyEvo provides a new interface for accessing applications but does not modify any underlying data or configurations.
Can Personal Spaces be customised?
Yes, Personal Spaces can be fully customised. You can add applications, resize and rearrange tiles, rename Spaces, and create as many Personal Spaces as you need to match your workflow.
Can the same application appear in multiple Spaces?
Yes, applications can be added to as many Spaces as needed. Adding an application to multiple Spaces does not create duplicate data—it simply provides multiple access points to the same application.
How many Personal Spaces can be created?
You can create as many Personal Spaces as you need. There is no limit to the number of Personal Spaces.
Can I reorder Spaces in the sidebar?
Currently, Spaces appear in sections (Personal, Shared, Evo) but cannot be manually reordered within those sections.
Can users hide Spaces they don't need?
No, all Spaces you have access to will be visible in the sidebar. However, you can delete Personal Spaces you've created if you no longer need them. Shared Spaces and Evo Spaces cannot be hidden but can be removed if you added them.
Who can create Shared Spaces?
Organisation Admins can create Shared Spaces by default. Admins can also delegate this permission to other users through the Custom Roles feature by granting the "Manage Shared Spaces" permission.
Can Shared Spaces be edited after creation?
Yes, Organisation Admins and users with the appropriate permissions can modify Shared Spaces after they have been created. Changes will be reflected immediately for all users who have access to that Space.
What's the difference between Shared Spaces and Evo Spaces?
Shared Spaces are created by Organisation Admins specifically for their organisation and can be customised to match internal workflows and team needs. Evo Spaces are pre-configured by Access and available to all users and organisations as ready-to-use Spaces.
What happens if a Shared Space is deleted?
When an Admin deletes a Shared Space, it is automatically removed from the sidebar for all users who had access to it. This does not affect the underlying applications or any user's access to those applications.
What permissions are required to view Shared Spaces?
Any user who has been granted access to a Shared Space by an Admin can view and use it. No special permissions are required to view Shared Spaces—only to create and manage them.
Can I duplicate an existing Space?
Currently, Spaces cannot be duplicated directly. However, you can create a new Personal Space and manually add the same applications to recreate a similar configuration.
