To improve your employee engagement, you need to be able to measure your engagement and how it changes over time. With Engage, you can take action, see the outcome and understand where your time and resources are best spent.
That’s where our new analytics dashboards come in. We've created two new analytics dashboards.
Tip: As an administrator, you can manage the roles for Access Analytics.
Engage social feed overview
On the social feed overview dashboard, you can view great insight into how your people are engaging with the social feed and you can measure how that engagement responds to any interventions you make.
Engage articles overview
On the article overview dashboard, you can view how effective the article being published are and whether your people are reading them and engaging with them with comments and likes.
Access Engage article detail
On the article detail dashboard, you can focus on one article at a time and see breakdowns of who has or hasn’t viewed the article, how many comments and likes it has and when it’s been shared to the social feed.
Access Engage Standard: Engage social feed overview dashboard and Engage article overview dashboard.
Access Engage Lite: Engage social feed overview dashboard.
You can access and manage the Access Engage dashboards through analytics.
