Check that users are allowed to post comments:

  1. In the 9 dot grid, click Access Engage.

  2. In the left panel, click on Settings (βš™οΈ).

  3. Under Posts and Comments, ensure the All users can post and comment option is ticked.

Important Note

When a user makes a post, the setting which was in place at the time is the setting which is applied to that post permanently.

For example, if the setting was Only Engage admins can post and comment at the time a post was made, the post will only be possible to comment on by Engage administrators, even if you change the setting to All users can post and comment.

There is no way to change this - if you need all users to be able to comment on a post made while the Only Engage admins can post and comment setting was active, you will need to update the settings with the above steps, delete the original post and repost it manually.

If you are still unable to interact with posts, even after making this change, raise a new case.
