Control who can mention all

There are two options for who can add a mention all to a post or comment:

Engage admins only

  • This is the default setting.

  • Only Engage administrators can use mention all.

  • All users still receive a notification when an admin mentions all.

All users

All users can use mention all.


To amend the above options:

  1. In Access Workspace, click the nine-dot menu.

  2. Click Access Engage.

  3. Select Settings then select between the two options.

  4. The option automatically saves.
