There are two options for who can add a mention all to a post or comment:

In Access Workspace, click the nine-dot menu.

Select Settings then select between the two options.

1. In Access Workspace, click the nine-dot menu.
2. Click Access Engage.
3. Select Settings then select between the two options.
4. The option automatically saves.
