From 16th March, we’ll be enabling two powerful features for your organisation: Evo Feed and Evo Copilot. These will be switched on automatically for all customers who don’t already have access, at no additional cost.

These features form part of the core Evo experience and will support some powerful new capabilities that we’ll be releasing over the coming weeks.

Why We’re Enabling These Features

We’re activating Evo Feed and Evo Copilot so every organisation can benefit from the full, modern Evo experience. Both features underpin improvements we are making across the product, and enabling them now ensures your colleagues will be ready for the enhancements being introduced soon.

How and When You’ll Hear From Us

11th March - Advance Notification to Admins

As an admin user, you will have received an in‑app message letting you know that Evo Feed and Evo Copilot will be switched on from 16th March. This early notice allows you to familiarise yourself with the features before they go live.

16th March - Features Activated for Your Organisation

On activation day, you and your colleagues will receive a second in‑app message confirming that Evo Feed and Evo Copilot are now available.

What Is Evo Feed?

Evo Feed brings together important updates, notifications and quick actions to help your team stay informed and respond quickly.

With Evo Feed, your colleagues can:

  • See the updates and actions that need their attention

  • Access relevant areas of Evo in fewer clicks

  • Stay organised without having to search for information

These benefits are outlined in the Evo Feed user guide.

What Is Evo Copilot?

Evo Copilot is your AI‑powered assistant built directly into Access Evo. It helps users work faster and with more confidence by:

  • Answering questions about your Evo data

  • Giving clear explanations, summaries and insights

  • Helping you find information quickly

  • Providing step‑by‑step guidance

More details are available in the Evo Copilot help article.

What This Means for Admins

Once Feed and Copilot are enabled, admins will be able to manage access for individuals or groups across the organisation.

This gives you full control over which colleagues can use each feature.

What’s Coming Next

Activating Evo Feed and Evo Copilot now ensures your organisation is prepared for several exciting enhancements arriving soon. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be introducing updates that make Evo even more intuitive, powerful and efficient to use.

You’ll receive further in‑app notifications as these improvements roll out so your team always knows what’s new and what to expect.
