Sometimes a Chat that starts as a quick question develops into something more substantial. You might find that you want to share your output with a colleague, upload additional files for the AI to reference, or continue the work across multiple conversations. In those situations, you can convert the Chat into a full Project at any point - without losing any of the conversation history you have already built up.
Converting a Chat to a Project unlocks the full range of Evo Researcher capabilities, including:
Persistent file uploads that the AI can search across throughout the project.
Connectors that give the AI access to live data from other Access products or third-party services.
Collaborators, so colleagues can contribute to the same workspace.
Multiple conversations that all share the same project context.
Folders to help you organise your work.
To convert a Chat to a Project:
Find the Chat in the left-hand navigation panel.
Select the three-dot menu next to the Chat title.
Select Convert to project.
The Chat becomes a Project and all previous conversation history is retained. You can then configure the Project further - for example, by adding file uploads, connectors, or inviting collaborators - from the Project settings tabs.
