To make it even easier to get support for your Access solution, you can now access the Customer Success Portal from Access Evo without having to log in again.
The Customer Success Portal has a wealth of information to help you, including:
Easy access to our knowledge base for quick answers to your questions.
Webinars and live events from our product experts.
Everything you need to know about the latest releases of your software.
Access to the Community where you can see what others are talking about and join the conversation.
Raise and manage your cases online, and much more.
To access this content, you can enable single sign-on (SSO) and link your portal account to your Evo account so once you log in to Access Evo, you then don't also need to log in to the portal.
If you don't already have a login for the Customer Success Portal, click Sign in on the menu bar above then in the I'm new to the Portal section, click Register for an account and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you're not already logged in to the Customer Success Portal, click Sign in on the menu bar above. If you're already logged in, go to step 4.
From the I'm a Customer section click Sign in to my Portal.
Enter your login details as normal for the Customer Success Portal then click SIGN IN.
On the menu bar, click your name then click Settings.
Click Link your Access account.
If you're not already logged in to Access Evo, you're prompted to log in. Enter your Access Evo login details then click Next.
Click Link Account then click Go to Support.
You've now enabled single sign-on and the next time you log in to Access Workspace, click the Help icon then Get help and you can then access the Customer Success Portal without having to log in again.
