Add and configure apps

You can add a range of apps to Access Evo based on permissions and preferences. Some of these are Access Evo apps and some of the apps are directly linked to the Access products and display useful information.

View and add apps

To view and add apps to Access Evo, click +Add App image.png in the top right-hand corner.

If you don't have access to an Access product, or if you don't have the required permissions, one of the following messages appear:

  • You do not have permission to add this App.

  • This App is not available with your current subscription.

If you need assistance with this, contact your Access Evo administrator.

Filter apps

You can filter out apps that you don't have access to. To do this, clear the Include Apps for Products that I don’t currently have access to checkbox.

To scroll the list of apps available, or filter the selection of apps based on the Access Product, click the required product on the right-hand side.

Search apps

To quickly locate an app, you can use the search option in the top right-hand corner of the app picker.


Customise Access Evo

You have the flexibility to customise Access Evo, giving you control of what you see and what you don't.

Move an app

To move an app, follow the steps below:

  1. Point to the top of each app until you see a multi-arrow symbol.

  2. To move the app, click and drag the app.

  3. Drop the app into the relevant Drop App here box.

Amend the size of an app

To resize an app, hover over the app edge until a two-pointed arrow resize.PNG appears, you can then click and drag the app to your desired size.


Remove an app

If you'd like to remove an app from Access Evo, simply click the three dots three dots.PNG at the top right-hand corner of the app then click Remove app.


App settings

Access Evo comes with a range of apps that you can add to the dashboard. Settings vary depending on the app. To view which settings are available, click the three dots.PNGthree dots in the top right-hand corner of the app.
