There are two types of notification that you may receive from Access Engage, emails and mobile push notifications.
Emails
You receive an email when you are mentioned in a post or comment on Access Engage.
Mobile push notifications
You receive a mobile push notification when you are mentioned in a post or comment on Access Engage.
Clicking the notification opens the mobile app and opens the content that you were mentioned in.
You only receive mobile push notifications if you have the mobile app installed.
Note: If you want to notify a specific community or everyone, you can create a tag on the post.
