Evo Kanban is a visual work management capability built into the Access Evo platform. It provides personal, team and organisation-level boards that give individuals and teams a real-time view of work in progress, blocked items and completed tasks, without requiring a separate project management tool.

Task cards support a comprehensive set of fields including priority, due date, assignee, progress status, subtasks, file attachments, comments with @mentions, and rich text descriptions. Boards can be customised with names, descriptions, icons, colours and RAG status indicators. Bulk import via CSV or JSON is supported for initial population.

Evo Kanban integrates with Evo Navigator, Evo Workflow Automation, Agent Builder and Evo Researcher, and is registered as a connector across the Evo AI capability pillars.
