Each Kanban board has its own settings that control how it looks, who can access it, and how it behaves. Board settings are available to board owners and admins.
To open board settings, select the settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your board.
General settings
General settings control the name, appearance, and identity of your board.
Setting | What it does |
Name | The title of the board as it appears on the landing page and in search results. |
Description | A short summary of the board's purpose. This also acts as context for AI features. |
Icon | A visual symbol to help identify the board at a glance. |
Colour | A colour applied to the board card on the landing page. |
RAG status | A Red, Amber, or Green indicator that reflects the overall health of the board. |
To update general settings:
Open board settings using the ⚙️ icon.
Go to General.
Update the name, description, icon, colour, or RAG status.
Select Save.
